Playing together as a family is a
really great way for parents and kids to bond and become a happier unit. When
going about your everyday life with your children it is unlikely that you will
have too much time for silliness and fun, as the day to day grind tends to mean
most of your interactions boil down to telling your kids what to do and when to
do it, and giving them simple instructions which they must then carry out.
Although there can be a lot of love and fun in a family, day to day they may
not get to act it out, so a few family games can be a great way to rediscover
your bond and enjoy a silly, giggly afternoon that makes you all feel closer
and happier by the end of the day.
Don’t just save these activities
for birthdays and Christmas, try to get together and play some games at least
once a week. Perhaps you could makes games night a Wednesday evening, turn off
the tv and spend your evening having fun as a family. You’ll find it is a great
way to drag you all away from the television and it may even soon become your
favourite night of the week!

it is played and will get you all laughing and having fun from the start.
Again, you don’t need to be particularly fit to enjoy the game and as long as
everyone can bend comfortably you’ll find the game riotous fun which is bound
to tire the kids out!
